WPC planks are suitable for many interior and exterior applications such as cladding,
gates, railings, louvers, partitions, furniture, landscaping and any other requirement
that you many have.

WPC planks combine the natural aesthetics of wood with a high tenacity to endure exterior weather conditions. They retain their natural wood appearance without fading or deteriorating in extreme weather conditions. WPC planks exhibit high strength, UV, termite and corrosion resistance and are lightweight and are therefore the perfect material for multiple exterior applications.

WPC planks do not require any painting, sealing or coating to retain their colour and finish. Being high strength, non-brittle and anti-corrosive, WPC planks guarantee an extremely long product lifetime.

WPC planks are non-brittle and exhibit high density and high strength unlike cement boards that damage easily and require regular painting. WPC planks therefore possess much better durability than cement fibre planks.

WPC planks are resistant to deterioration from exposure to weather, termites and rotting. They do not require any maintenance to retain their original characteristics unlike wooden planks, which require frequent painting and sanding.

The unique raw material combination of wood powder and recycled PE plastics enables WPC planks to retain their natural wood appearance without fading or deteriorating in extreme weather conditions. They are extremely durable in exterior weather conditions.

Unlike wood and cement planks, WPC planks do not require periodic painting as they are extremely UV resistant and do not fade on exposure to sunlight. They retain their superior aesthetic looks for long years without any regular maintenance.

WPC planks are highly durable in exterior conditions; they are UV and fade resistant, requiring hardly any maintenance to keep them looking good for years. Also being impact resistant, makes WPC planks the best option for exterior applications such as gates.

Inherent characteristics of excellent weathering capability and easy installation make WPC planks the most suitable material for cladding for residential, commercial or any other building type that requires wood finish exterior cladding.

The cost of WPC planks varies based on the profile and the size of the plank used and is generally around 200 rupees or more per square foot. Taxes and installation are additional.

WPC boards are lower density products and come in the form of sheets in the standard size of 8 feet X 4 feet, whereas WPC planks are extrusions, and are of smaller dimensions.

Yes, WPC planks can be used for furniture, especially those for outdoor use. WPC planks
are highly adaptable and ideally suited for outdoor tables, chairs and benches, outdoor
seating and sofas, and for outdoor counters as well.

With their exceptional durability, UV resistance and superior aesthetics, WPC railings find application in hand rails, verticals & horizontals, louvers, screens, facade features, interior & exterior baffles or ceiling rafters.

WPC railings exhibit lightweight, higher material density, better UV resistance, better water proofing capability, better fade and crack resistance and better tolerance to extreme temperature variations than wooden railings, making them a better choice for external applications.

WPC railings are lighter than steel railings and are not susceptible to corrosion due to humidity or seaside salinity. This makes WPC railings more suitable for exterior applications such as railings, louvers, sunscreens and partitions than steel railings.

WPC railings come with the appearance of premium pre-finished wood and superior aesthetics. They exhibit superior product performance and the ability to retain their good looks over years. With sophisticated design, superior quality and ease of installation, WPC railings are ideally suited for use as balcony railings.

WPC railings have high UV resistance and anti-fading characteristics, and therefore do not require any periodic painting.

WPC railings have excellent anti-corrosive properties as compared to steel railings and therefore do not corrode easily.

The cost of WPC railings is approximately 1000 rupees per running foot for 1 m height or standard height railing.

WPC louvers can be used in railings, interior & exterior louvers, decorative features, sunscreens, ducts, fencing and gates.

With high material strength, lightweight, appearance of premium pre-finished wood and the ability to look good over many years, WPC louvers are the perfect replacement for conventional materials like wood and steel for exteriors.

WPC louvers are the least vulnerable to corrosion due to humidity or seaside salinity compared to other conventional materials. They exhibit superior durability and aesthetics even in high salinity conditions. They are therefore ideally suited for exterior applications such as exterior railings, louvers, sunscreens and partitions by the seaside.

The cost of WPC louvers starts around 300 rupees per square foot in India and goes up according to the complexity of the louver and on the type of WPC profile used.

Considering the fact that WPC louvers are anticorrosive and do not get affected by moisture or salinity near sea side, their durability is upwards of 15 years.

A WPC pergola is a structure that uses wood composite posts, beams and fins to create an outdoor living space. This structure can be created and placed in gardens, by pool sides, on terraces and just about any outdoor space. WPC pergolas are perfect for use as a screened-in porch, sunroom, or small garden sit-out. They are also popular for use as an extension of a patio. WPC, being a material with premium wood aesthetics and highly durable in exteriors without any maintenance, is the perfect and most well suited material to create pergolas and gazebos.

WPC pergolas can ideally be used in gardens, terraces, by the pool side and as a screened-in porch, sunroom, or small garden sit-out. They can also serve as an extension of a patio.

Pergolas with steel frames are heavy, highly prone to rusting and damage due to harsh weather conditions. They require regular periodic painting maintenance involving expenses. On the other hand, Everwood WPC planks can withstand years of sun, rain, and snow. These high-performance composite profiles hold sturdy against natural elements; they resist fading from the sun and won’t get mouldy after a rainstorm or give you splinters. Therefore, it is good to replace steel pergolas with lightweight WPC pergola

Wooden pergolas are built from lightweight or hardwood timbers such as pine, oak, ash and other similar timbers that are quite expensive. Wood or natural timber requires regular maintenance by sanding, oiling and anti-termite treatment every 6 months to maintain the condition of the wood, which becomes exorbitantly expensive and troublesome over the life of the material. WPC pergolas on the other hand are free from any sort of maintenance whatsoever and stand the test of time in all kinds of weather, allowing the pergola structure to look as good as new for years.

WPC pergolas do not require any major maintenance on a regular basis. All you need to do is to clean with a soft brush or cloth using water and a mild detergent so that dirt and other contaminants that may have gathered over time can be easily removed. Of course, periodic inspection of the structure helps in detecting any signs of damage that might have occurred with extreme impact.

Yes, WPC is a material suitable for both terrace and garden pergolas. The characteristics of lightweight, durability, flexibility in design, aesthetics, low maintenance, and natural wood looks make WPC pergolas the perfect solution for outdoor – the terrace, garden pool side, anywhere.

WPC pergolas are extremely durable and not susceptible to harsh weather conditions. They are resistant to fading, impact, rot, moisture, and termites. A pergola made of good quality WPC profiles easily lasts for 10 to 15 years with just simple periodic cleaning.

With supreme aesthetics, exceptionally high weathering capability and virtually no maintenance, WPC has become the material of choice for pergolas in India. WPC extrusions are more durable and resistant to fading, moisture, insects, and rot than wood and are therefore more suitable. However, it is important to choose high grade, superior quality WPC pergola profiles that come with a manufacturer warranty, since inferior quality WPC products do not perform well in harsh weather conditions.

The price of WPC pergolas depends on the design, style and size of the pergola and also on the components used.  Sometimes it is a standalone pergola and sometimes it is attached to a wall. Based on all these criteria, the cost of a good quality WPC pergola can range between Rs. 850 per square foot and 1500 per square foot.

There are several brands of WPC panels available in India, with a few offering the quality required to withstand Indian weather conditions. Everwood WPC has been a pioneer and leading supplier of premium quality WPC products across India for the last 12 or more years. Everwood WPC pergolas have unmatched material density, product quality and weathering capability.  They are specifically formulated and tested for diverse Indian tropical climatic conditions.

WPC pergolas do not require any maintenance such as oiling, painting or sealing. However, to change the colour from the original wood tone, one can paint the surface with colours of choice.

Yes, WPC pergolas can be covered with lightweight materials like polycarbonate, glass and shade nets on both the top and the sides, provided they are properly fastened to the pergola. They can shield the user from harsh sunlight and rainwater.

WPC decking, or wood plastic composite decking, is a type of outdoor decking material made of wood fibre and thermoplastics. WPC decking is an ideal low maintenance flooring solution for outdoor spaces, with its premium wood-like appearance, scratch resistance and exceptional durability.

WPC decking boards can withstand extreme weather conditions and retain their wood-like appearance for a very long time. They are anti-skid and barefoot safe. WPC decking boards are not susceptible to fading, scratches, warping, cracking, splintering, termites and wood rot and are low on maintenance.

Good quality WPC decking boards can last up to 25 years – two to three times longer than natural wood decking.

Natural wood decking fades with harsh sunlight and is susceptible to termites and rotting when exposed to weathering. It requires regular maintenance through sanding and treatment with sealants or oil. WPC decking on the other hand withstands extreme weather conditions with good tenacity and does not require any subsequent maintenance. Natural wood deck planks last for 5 – 6 years while WPC planks have a lifetime of up to 25 years.

WPC decking has very high tenacity and does not fade, rot or crack on exposure to the elements of nature. It retains its wood-like appearance and does not require oiling or sealant coating like natural wood decking.

WPC decking is durable and resistant to fading, moisture, insects, and rot and is therefore more suitable than wood for use in India. But it is important to choose decking boards of high quality that come with warranty from the manufacturer, as inferior quality products do not perform well in harsh weather conditions.

WPC decking is ideal for use in exterior and outdoor spaces of residential, commercial and public areas. They are ideal for courtyards, poolside, terraces, pathways, patios, roofs, outdoor gyms, parks, and children’s play areas in hotels, restaurants and offices. WPC decking can also be used to create raised garden beds, planters, and other landscaping features.

WPC decking boards are available from Rs. 250 onwards per square foot. Installed with a framework, accessories and installation services, cost starts from Rs. 350 per square foot and upwards without taxes.

There are several brands of WPC decking boards available in India, few offering the required quality to withstand Indian weather conditions. Everwood WPC has been a pioneer and leading supplier of premium quality WPC products across India for the last 10 or more years. Everwood WPC also offers a diverse product range and product customization for large project requirements.

Everwood WPC outdoor decking system is designed for ease of installation and long term life. Unlike conventional wood decking that is screwed or nailed down in most cases, Everwood WPC anti-skid outdoor deck planks are fixed to the sub-floor on an aluminum framework with concealed stainless steel or polyamide clips, allowing the WPC planks to expand and contract with temperature variations. There is no need for use of dangerous nails, screws or exposed fixtures, making Everwood WPC decking exceptionally barefoot safe.

Capped WPC decking board is a co-extruded material with an inner composite core shrouded by a high density outer shield core. The inner core is a combination of hardwood powders, 100% recycled HDPE, filling, binders and additives that is co-extruded and capped with an outer shield layer. Both the core and outer shield are co-extruded together simultaneously through a mould.

Capped WPC decking boards have improved characteristics over conventional WPC products. The outer shield core provides better appearance. They are far more UV resistant and less susceptible to fading or discoloration and thus have higher weathering capabilities. The material is less prone to scratching, staining or mildew and hence needs much lower maintenance. The result is improved strength and resilience to weathering and a better wood feel over longer periods of time.

WPC cladding refers to the use of WPC (wood–plastic composite) panels to cover the exterior surface of the walls or ceiling of a building in order to provide a layer of protection from weather conditions and a fair degree of thermal insulation. WPC cladding panels add excellent aesthetic value to building exteriors with their wood-like appearance, attractive colours and wood finish.

WPC cladding panels can be used on the exteriors and interiors of buildings, both on walls and ceiling. WPC cladding panels find application on walls where a unique and attractive background is required for accents, features and signage. They create striking and durable facades and other surfaces.

WPC cladding panels are all-weather champions with stunning aesthetics and unrivalled performance. WPC cladding panels deliver a combination of beauty & durability to perfection, displaying the most natural premium wood aesthetics with unparalleled weathering capabilities. The panels are highly UV stable & fade resistant, retaining their vibrant colours and finish for an exceptionally long lifetime, extending the visual appeal of buildings for years.

Both WPC and HPL are materials used for exterior and interior wall cladding. However, WPC has the good looks of natural wood and is completely environment friendly as it is made from wood powder and recycled thermoplastics. HPL or high pressure laminates, on the other hand, are made from kraft paper and resins and are therefore not environmentally sustainable. They leave a heavy carbon footprint during manufacture unlike WPC cladding panels. HPL sheets have lower thermal stability and lower resistance to moisture, scratches, corrosion and chemicals and are therefore high-maintenance products.  WPC cladding panels are highly weather, scratch, corrosion and moisture resistant and therefore require practically zero maintenance.

WPC wall & ceiling cladding panels are designed for ease of use and installation. Fitted to the main structure of the building on an aluminium framework, the fixing system of exterior & interior panels creates a waterproof layer and insulative air pocket between the building and the cladding panel. Interlocked and connected by tongue and groove joints, cladding panels are installed with completely concealed fixtures. With no ugly rivets, screws, exposed fixtures or discoloration sealants, WPC cladding panels present a beautiful, seamless and water tight finish on all surfaces.

The inherent characteristics of WPC cladding panels make them exceptionally durable, all weather resistant and the best suited material for exteriors. WPC cladding provides building exteriors with exceptional durability & high performance to endure heat waves to cold winters, excessive rainfall, highly variable temperatures and intense humidity.

The inherent characteristics of WPC cladding panels bestow it with exceptional durability. Due to the presence of recycled plastics as a raw material, good quality WPC cladding has a lifetime of 30 years, and can be recycled at any point during this time.

Being a composite of wood and plastics, high quality WPC is extremely UV resistant and can withstand heavy sunshine and rain without fading. Anti-UV additives included with the raw materials during manufacturing ensure that the colour of the composite will remain stable and be retained for over 10 years after installation. The polymer content in WPC cladding panels also makes them water proof and completely protected against any amount of rainfall or humidity through the lifetime of the material.

As a material, WPC is exceptionally durable under all weather conditions. It can withstand heat waves to cold winters, excessive rainfall, highly variable temperatures and intense humidity. WPC cladding panels deliver natural wood looks and premium aesthetic appearance. Most importantly, these panels do not fade and therefore do not require any regular maintenance after initial installation. These attributes have contributed to making WPC wall cladding a much sought after option to replace other conventional ones.

Everwood WPC has been a pioneer and the leading supplier of premium quality WPC products in India for the last 10 or more years. Everwood WPC has established a market reputation for premium quality products and has been the preferred choice for exterior and interior cladding to the best of architects, project developers, home owners and dealers. Everwood provides end to end support from design to installation. For anyone looking for a tried and tested supplier with a warranty to back their products, Everwood WPC should be the first choice, without doubt.

WPC, or Wood Plastic Composite as it is popularly known, is an exceptionally durable, cost efficient and low environmental impact material with superlative aesthetic appeal and remarkable weathering performance. WPC is a combination of reclaimed wood powder and high density recycled thermoplastics in the ratio of 60%:30%.

WPC, or Wood Plastic Composite, is a composite of wood powder and recycled polymers while compressed wood is made from recyclable materials such as small pieces of wood, sawdust and wood shavings, bound together with resin & other bonding agents. WPC is environment friendly as it is manufactured using an eco-friendly production process whereas compressed wood is not so eco-friendly because of the use of resins or other bonding agents.

WPC boards are made using compression technology and are available in the form of sheets or boards. They have a density range of 450 to 600 kg/cubic meter. As WPC boards are inherently water resistant, they are used in place of plywood in areas that are exposed to water, i.e., for kitchen cabinets and bathroom cabinets. They also find application in wall cabinet boxes or carcasses. WPC boards are used mostly for interior applications.

On the other hand, WPC profiles are made using extrusion technology and can be manufactured in many shapes and sizes. They are much denser than WPC boards, with density in the range of 1300 to 1450 kg/cubic meter. WPC profiles are therefore much tougher and stronger and are architecturally more application friendly. They can be custom made for any specific application and are highly suitable for exterior applications.

WPC is a combination of reclaimed wood powder and high density recycled thermoplastics in the ratio of 60%:30%, produced through an efficient and clean extrusion manufacturing process that is free of toxic emissions or effluent discharge.

Everwood exterior WPC wall cladding panels retain the natural appeal of prefinished wood right through their lifetime. Other exterior building materials such as natural wood cladding, high pressure laminates and cement boards deteriorate in appearance over time. High quality WPC is extremely UV resistant and can withstand heavy sunshine and rain without fading.  Everwood WPC does not incur any additional cost towards maintenance as it does not fade, rot, rust or corrode.

WPC resembles wood in appearance but in terms of weathering capability, resistance to UV, termites and rot, it is far superior to wood. Natural wood requires periodic sealing and treatment to protect against fading, cracking, termites and eventually rot. There is absolutely no maintenance or surface coating cost required to keep WPC panels looking good for years.

One of the most attractive features of WPC is that it does not require any periodic maintenance as does wood or any other conventional building material. The material comes in different shades of natural wood color.  Apart from the occasional water washing to remove dust and dirt, WPC does not require any painting, oiling, staining, UV coatings or termite treatment to keep it looking good over time.

Everwood WPC has superior material advantages that make it the ideal material of choice for exterior and interior applications. It carries premium wood looks, has high material strength and extra-long life, and is waterproof, UV resistant and anti-fading, impact resistant, anticorrosive, environment friendly, fire retardant and termite proof.

WPC finds application in wall & ceiling cladding, decking, garden pergolas, terrace pergolas, vertical elevation fins, ventilated facades, baffle features, railings, louvers and a host of other interior and exterior applications.

It is a versatile material that can be used in a variety of exterior and interior applications. These inherent attributes have contributed to making WPC a much sought after building material to replace other conventional ones.

WPC is a combination of recycled wood flour and HDPE thermoplastics. Nearly 90% of these raw materials are from secondary sources, which would otherwise be either disposed of in landfills or burnt. The environmental impact during the manufacturing process of WPC is negligible, since manufacture involves consumption of high volume recycled non-toxic raw materials and a production process that is free of toxic emissions or effluent discharge.
